Ca++ Channel Blockers for Hemiplegia?

     A 2 year old patient in a retail setting is taking Sibelium (TM)
capsules (flunarizine HCl – Janssen Pharmaceutica) for "alternating
hemiplegia of childhood".  According to the package insert, this is a
Calcium Channel Blocker, and is officialy indicated for prophylaxis of
classic and common migraine.
     The drug is not available in the U.S., and creates a hardship for the
family to obtain the medication from Mexico or elsewhere.
     Is anyone aware of other Calcium Channel Blockers that are marketed
in the U.S. that might be effective in this case?  And if so, any further
details on it’s use and effectiveness would be appreciated.
     Sincerely,
          Steve Newton, R.Ph.
